Refund Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
You can initiate a return within 7 days after delivery or collection for Eligible reasons:
Eligible reasons - wrong, damaged, expired items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the
shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process).
Any returned items will be inspected and refunds will only be processed if the package seal is still intact
and if the product is in no way tampered with.
When returning an item, kindly ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its
original packaging.
Get your refund faster when you drop off your return at our offices on Deloitte Lane 2, off Waiyaki Way.

INTEGRATED QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY

Malachite Limited top management has established an Integrated Management System policy that states:

'We at Malachite Ltd are committed to production of Packaged natural drinking water still and sparkling under the brand name MAYERS and Beers under brand name BILASHAKA BREWERY meets the integrated Quality and Food Safety Management systems based on ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 International standards requirements'.

We shall maintain adequate internal and external communication with our personnel, customers, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders and addressing the need to ensure competencies related to all issues concerning our product’s quality and food safety requirements.

We shall embrace the principles of sustainable development by maintaining eco-friendly operations and compliance to relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Our key goal and objective is to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our customer and interested parties in providing high quality and safe product by considering adequate quality objectives. We endeavour to continually maintain and improve efficient and effective QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY Management Systems to meet the STATUTORY, Regulatory, and ISO 9001:2015, 22000:2018and internal and external issues and all requirements.
